PAUL GEORGE was born in Cambridge, MA and holds a BS Degree from Northeastern University. He is a signature member of the National Watercolor Society, a member of the Cape Cod, North Shore, New England and Rhode Island Watercolor Societies; and member and former Vice President of Rockport Art Association.
Paul was recently accepted into the American Watercolor Society’s show. He has won the Winsor & Newton Award for Excellence – National Watercolor Show, the American Artist Professional League Award – Academic Artist Show, and Gold Medal – New England Watercolor Society.
A teacher of watercolor since 1996, his work is featured in Painting Cape Ann, Monhegan Island, Pemaquid Light, Vermont Colors and Painting Florida’s Colors; and in Italy for International Artist Magazine. He operates the George Gallery on historic Rocky Neck in Gloucester, MA.
