Janice Carragher Charles is a painter and printmaker living and working in both Gloucester Massachusetts and Coconut Grove Florida. She has BA, Art Major, from Regis College and a Masters degree with a specialty in Art Education from the University of Massachusetts. Janice is a recent member of the Board of Directors at the Rockport Art Association and Museum. The Charles family own and operate the Charles Fine Arts Gallery in Gloucester Massachusetts.
